What is this product?

An oil free lightweight face lotion from a Korean brand that sells direct, in an 80 ml tube with no outer carton. Its 30 entry list leads with water, glycerin, butylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate, adds sodium PCA and betaine as further water binding agents, and carries niacinamide at a stated roughly 1 percent, ceramide NP, beta glucan, centella and green tea extract. There is no plant oil, no triglyceride, no butter and no wax on it: slip comes from two volatile silicones and body from an acrylate crosspolymer. This is the unscented version, with no fragrance entry, sold beside a juniper scented version of the same tube. The brand states a pH near 6.6 and tells buyers to add an oil based product when dryness is severe.
