Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
A brightening-focused ampoule toner built around glutathione at a disclosed 3,000 ppm, with niacinamide high in the list and arbutin and adenosine in the mid-list range, plus a broad vitamin blend.
What makes it different?
Glutathione sits ninth of 47 ingredients with its 3,000 ppm concentration printed, which is more transparency than most toners offer for this ingredient. Niacinamide at fifth and arbutin at nineteenth give the formula several brightening actives at once. A late-list vitamin complex including ascorbic acid, retinyl palmitate and biotin adds breadth, though amounts there are undisclosed. The list is fragrance-free and contains no drying alcohols.
