SKIN&LAB BARRIERDERM RINGER AMPOULE

What is this product?

A 70 ml Korean water-gel ampoule from SKIN&LAB, built with no oil, wax, butter or fatty ester anywhere in its 36 printed ingredients. The label prints an INCI column as well as the Korean one, entry for entry in the same order, which is more than the Korean statutory format requires. The humectant load is the formula's whole architecture: three polyols, two hyaluronates and nine sugar-derived entries including a trehalose derivative, a starch hydrolysate and a beta glucan, alongside panthenol, allantoin, a chlorella extract and a lactobacillus ferment lysate. An electrolyte set of sodium, calcium and potassium chlorides with a citrate and bicarbonate buffer sits behind the brand's own ringer naming on the bottle. Brand-cited human application studies from a named domestic institution report stratum corneum moisture, 100 hour retention, texture and barrier-recovery endpoints on a 21 subject panel in early 2024, and an external German testing house certificate photographed on the page grades an epicutaneous tolerance test on 30 subjects at its top level. No fragrance entry, no essential oil and no drying alcohol appear in the printed list, and no pH figure and no disclosed concentration appear on the surfaces read. No lived use reports were collected.

What makes it different?

Publishes a full INCI column next to the Korean one on a Korean domestic listing, which makes every entry checkable without translation guesswork. The build is the other half: 36 entries and not one lipid among them, with nine sugar-derived humectants and an electrolyte set that the bottle itself names as a ringer. That makes it a layerable water step whose tolerance record is a photographed external certificate rather than a badge, and, by the same construction, one that cannot finish a routine alone.
