What is this product?

A 60 pad polyhydroxy acid wipe pad from CellFusionC, sold on the brand storefront only as a 90 pad bundle that the statutory panel spells out as 60 plus 30 of the same pad. The panel prints 24 ingredients with gluconolactone at position 4 as the sole acid, disclosed elsewhere as 10,000 ppm PHA, plus tromethamine as the pH adjuster behind a stated pH of 4.5. No AHA, no BHA, no alcohol, no fragrance and no oil appears in the list. The brand carries three measurement blocks: a 21 subject pore volume study at a named institution, a 31 subject patch test reprinted as a report table returning zero reactors, and a three day pH comparison that is the only block with an untreated control. None links a report. The pH section also carries a reversed premise, warning against acidified skin while selling a mildly acidic product. No INCI list was found on the surfaces read for this record.

What makes it different?

Three things. The acid is a single polyhydroxy acid and its concentration is printed as a number, 10,000 ppm, rather than left to be inferred from list position. The irritation evidence is a reprinted report table naming the finished product with zero reactors on 31 subjects, not a badge. And the pH is stated as a number with a neutraliser visible in the list to back it.
