What is this product?

CELLBN's Galactomyces Ampoule 97 is for anyone who wants a short, low-irritation formula: nine ingredients total, with no fragrance compound, no essential oil, no declared allergen and no alcohol anywhere in it. The 97 is genuine, since galactomyces ferment filtrate is printed first at 97 percent and no water appears in the list at all, but read it carefully, because a ferment filtrate is itself mostly water, so 97 percent filtrate is not 97 percent active. Niacinamide sits second and adenosine seventh, and neither carries a disclosed amount, which is the figure that would matter most.

What makes it different?
