What is this product?

Rejuran's Biome Healer Youth Formula Cream, 50ml, is a reasonable pick for skin that wants a niacinamide-forward daily cream with a bacterial ferment complex, and the wrong pick for anyone avoiding declared fragrance, because a fragrance entry closes its 46-ingredient list. Niacinamide is printed fourth and four bacterial ferments run consecutively from ninth to twelfth, which is high placement for that group, but Rejuran publishes no amount for any of them and no pH.

What makes it different?

Two things separate it from a general moisturiser shelf. The ferment block is the first: Cutibacterium acnes ferment filtrate, Streptococcus thermophilus ferment, Staphylococcus epidermidis ferment filtrate and Enhydrobacter aerosaccus ferment extract filtrate run back to back from position nine to position twelve, high enough that they are more than label garnish, which is unusual outside brands built on that idea. The second is where the barrier lipids sit. Ceramide NP, hydrogenated lecithin and cholesterol are all in the last third of the 46, so this reads as a hydrating and tone-directed cream rather than a heavy repair cream, and very dry skin in winter will want something with more occlusion on top. Its retail headline calls it a melasma cream built on a new photoaging-care material, and neither of those goes past what niacinamide at an undisclosed level can carry.

What is in it?

The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.

This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary, except 3 with no dictionary entry, left in Korean.

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

We could not place these in the list above: 카프릴릭/카프릭트라이글리세이드, 다이아이소스테아릴말레이트, 폴리글리세릴-3메틸글루코오스다이스테아레이트, 세테아릴올리베이트, 솔비탄올리베이트, 글리세릴스테아레이트, 하이드로제네이티드레시틴
