What is this product?

FULLY Rice Ceramide Capsule Cream is a 90 ml Korean barrier cream sold as the final leave on step, morning or evening, from a jar with a spatula. Rice bran water leads its 40 item Korean list at a declared 59.98 percent, and the tail carries ceramide NP at 86.4 PPM, sodium DNA at 0.5 PPM, ectoin, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and phytosphingosine under a seal of fatty alcohols, dimethicone and squalane.
