What is this product?

A 60 sheet hydrogel under eye patch, 103g total, worn 20 to 30 minutes with a built in spatula, filed in Korea as a dual function whitening and wrinkle improvement cosmetic. The useful thing about its label is that it prints concentrations, which most Korean labels never do, and those numbers reframe the product: retinol at 1 ppm and the four collagen forms between 160 and 0.5 ppm are all trace, while the notified actives that actually carry the filing, niacinamide at panel position 4 and adenosine at position 47, are undisclosed.
