What is this product?
Buy this 60-sheet gel patch for the grip and the gum-based cushion, not for the two ingredients on the front of the box: the disclosure lists no collagen at all, and the retinol it does print sits at 0.04 ppm, orders of magnitude below any level retinoid studies associate with wrinkle change. What it really carries is hydrolyzed extensin at 500 ppm, niacinamide third of 41 ingredients, plus adenosine and caffeine, and it is filed with Korean regulators for both brightening and wrinkle improvement.
What makes it different?
The interesting thing here is the gap between the name and the label. Mediheal calls it a collagen capsule patch with retinol, yet the legally required ingredient statement contains no collagen entry and puts retinol dead last at 0.04 ppm, while a sibling patch in the same line does print collagen at 160 ppm. Two practical cautions: retinol at any level puts this on the avoid list during pregnancy on the conservative reading used here, and lavender and scented geranium oil are present even though no fragrance compound is.
