What is this product?

Buy Mamonde's Amazing Deep Mint Cleansing Balm (90ml or 180ml) as an oil and wax balm for makeup and sebum, not for the AHA, BHA and PHA it advertises: salicylic, citric and gluconolactone sit 13th, 14th and 15th with no amounts printed. Nine lipids come before water at position 10, and vinegar at 10ppm in 24th place is the only amount Mamonde discloses on its 30-ingredient list.

What makes it different?
