LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask EX in berry is a 20g overnight balm that works by sealing, not by dissolving: a near-anhydrous ester and four-wax film you spread on thickly with the spatula and wipe off in the morning. That matters because every line of the marketing is about melting lip flakes away, and the ingredient list carries no keratolytic at all, no acid, no urea, no enzyme, so the exfoliation claims are overstated while the moisture claim holds; what actually happens is that flakes soften overnight and lift when you wipe.
