What is this product?

Fusidyne's Derma Trouble Balancing Cream is a barrier cream wearing a blemish label. Ceramide NP and cholesterol close out its 44 ingredients and beta-glucan and a Fusidium ferment carry real soothing, but there is no salicylic acid, no benzoyl peroxide, no niacinamide and no tea tree among those 44 entries. Buy it to rebuild skin that treatment has already irritated, not to treat blemishes it is not equipped to touch.

What makes it different?

The one genuinely unusual entry is protease at position 15, an enzyme that can loosen the corneocyte plug a comedone starts from, which is a more interesting approach than another acid even though Fusidyne publishes no amount or result for it. The brand's own name traces to Fusidium coccineum, the fungus behind fusidic acid, and a ferment of that organism really is at position 13, though a ferment filtrate is not the antibiotic and carries none of its evidence. Nothing on this ingredient list is fragranced or alcohol-dried, and the one entry of the 44 whose name carries 오일 is olive oil unsaponifiables at nineteen, which is the fraction left after the oil is removed rather than the oil.
