What is this product?

A Korean soothing toner pad from Goodal, sold as a 70 sheet jar with a 10 sheet addition on the brand's own mall. The printed Korean ingredient list runs to 61 items and is built around water, propanediol and butylene glycol with Houttuynia cordata extract disclosed at 201 ppm and sodium hyaluronate at 100 ppm, followed by eleven hyaluronic acid family entries, panthenol, allantoin, Centella leaf extract, ectoin and a five species ceramide block at the tail.
