What is this product?

A Korean hydrogel eye patch from goodal's 청귤 비타C line, registered as a dual function cosmetic for brightening and wrinkle improvement, sold as 60 sheets at 90 grams with a built in spoon and a six month period after opening. Across 49 listed entries the notified actives are niacinamide at position 4 and adenosine at 22, both undisclosed in level, while the four vitamin C derivatives the name points to are disclosed at 100 ppm, 10 ppm, 0.6 ppb and 0.2 ppb and tangerine extract at 40 ppm. The gel matrix is built on Irish moss and gums. No fragrance entry appears, but bergamot, lemon peel, lavender, orange peel and ylang ylang oils do, and the brand adds a fourth statutory precaution to avoid the eye area. Three commercial surfaces print three different names for one byte identical ingredient list, and the review population may predate the current edition.
