What is this product?

An 80 pad blemish mark and calming toner pad, 190 g, built on a water and glycol essence with no lipid phase. The Korean list runs 29 items. Niacinamide sits at 3, and the pigment oriented actives, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate at 18, ascorbic acid at 24 and glutathione at 26, all sit in the back half. Coptis root at 15 and centella at 22 carry the calming side. The formulation signature is a cooling cluster, peppermint oil at 17, methyl diisopropyl propionamide at 19 and peppermint leaf extract at 23, plus papain at 20 as an enzymatic exfoliant. What makes it different?
