What is this product?

THE LAB by blanc doux Prebiotic-Cera Cream Mist is a 95 ml pump spray, a cream-type mist meant for topping up moisture during the day and over makeup. Its 25 entry list pairs humectants and meadowfoam seed oil with a block of five named ceramides, phytosphingosine and cholesterol; ceramide NP is printed at 0.55 ppm and the lactobacillus ferment lysate the brand calls a prebiotic at 200 ppm.
