What is this product?

A Korean two phase pump spray from Dr.Althea that behaves like a light sprayable cream rather than a plain water mist: shake it, and a thin oil phase combines with a large water phase led by rice bran water at a disclosed 60 percent, with panthenol at a disclosed 1.0 percent, three hyaluronic acid forms and a calming set of madecassoside, centella, houttuynia and aloe water across 37 listed entries.
