What is this product?

A 150 mL emollient cream built on a broad plant lipid phase: a triglyceride, olive oil, squalane, shea butter, evening primrose oil and jojoba seed oil spread across positions four to twenty-two of a 41 item list, with mineral water second. The soothing cast behind it is allantoin, magnolia bark, willow bark, green tea and chamomile, and there is no exfoliating acid, no denatured alcohol and no silicone. The tail is the thing to check before buying: six essential oils and five labelled fragrance allergens fill the last eleven positions, which sits oddly against the brand's sensitive-skin positioning. Three of the brand's claims use evidentiary language, two saying clinically confirmed and one claiming sixteen consecutive years of sales leadership, and none of the three carries any attribution on any surface examined. No pH and no test data are published.

What makes it different?

Two things, and they point opposite ways. First, the lipid phase is unusually broad rather than deep: six different emollient materials instead of one dominant oil, which is a texture decision more than a potency one. Second, the gap between claim language and claim evidence is wide on its own terms: the brand writes clinically confirmed twice and sixteen consecutive years of sales leadership once, and supplies no institution, panel, period or figure for any of the three.
