What is this product?

A 200ml Korean toner for dry, easily irritated skin that wants a plain humectant layer with nothing in it to sting: the twenty-four entry list returns zero hits for fragrance, drying alcohol and exfoliating acids, and carries ceramide NP, sea water, beta-glucan, allantoin and seven botanical extracts.
