Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
A 200ml Korean toner for dry, easily irritated skin that wants a plain humectant layer with nothing in it to sting: the twenty-four entry list returns zero hits for fragrance, drying alcohol and exfoliating acids, and carries ceramide NP, sea water, beta-glucan, allantoin and seven botanical extracts. Skip it if you want the toner itself to hold moisture, because there is no occlusive in the list and the water it draws in leaves unless a lotion or cream goes over it. The brand's hydration and patent wording sits on that set page, not on this SKU, and the panthenol it names is not in this toner's own list.
What makes it different?
Two things separate it inside the hydrating toner field: the ingredient string is unusually clean of the three standard irritant classes while still carrying ceramide NP and sea water, and the evidence position is unusual in the other direction, since every brand claim held for it was printed on a bundle listing rather than on its own product page.
What is in it?
The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.
This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary.
