청미정 약알칼리성 알로에 클렌징폼 is a soap and says so in its own name: 약알칼리성 means weakly alkaline, and 포타슘코코에이트 sits at position 3 of 24 ingredients while coconut acid, oleic acid and sodium bicarbonate saponify it in the pot. The aloe is not decoration, since 알로에베라잎추출물 is declared at position 2 at 115,350ppm, about 11.5 percent of the extract as supplied, which is what the 알로에 11% on shop listings rests on.
