What is this product?
VT's PDRN Toner is worth buying for the hydration and the ceramides, not for the PDRN: the sodium DNA it is named after is printed at 0.25ppm, 21st of 26 ingredients, which VT deserves credit for disclosing and which is still a trace. What the formula actually delivers is nine humectants led by glycerin at 2nd, plus ceramide NP and glycosphingolipids at the tail, which is unusual in a toner. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free and acid-free, with no occlusive at all, so it needs a cream over it on dry skin.
What makes it different?
