Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?

A ceramide-forward toner with five ceramide types and sh-peptides near the top of the list, aimed at dehydrated or sensitive skin. A good pick if you want barrier lipids in a light toner format; avoid if fragrance from essential oils is a concern.

What makes it different?

Five ceramide types with printed concentrations (Ceramide NP at 1,100ppm, Ceramide NS at 1,500ppb, Ceramide EOP at 1ppb) appear together with sh-polypeptides and sh-oligopeptides from the fourth through twelfth positions, an unusually lipid-dense arrangement for a toner. Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol and Sodium Hyaluronate follow at positions 13 to 15, completing a barrier-focused core. The formula also carries several essential oils (Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Oil, Citrus Nobilis Peel Oil), which sensitive or fragrance-reactive skin should weigh.

What is in it?

The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.

This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary, except 2 with no dictionary entry, left in Korean.

Key ingredient

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

We could not place these in the list above: 광곽향오일, 라반딘오일, 필리핀오렌지껍질오일, 세테아릴알코올, 글리세릴스테아레이트, 스테아릭애씨드

Did the ad claims hold up?

We checked the one line this product advertises against the ingredient list and public documents. None of them hold up on their own. They are partly right at best.

Claims translated from Korean, originals preserved.
