What is this product?

A 250 ml, 70-pad brightening pad from Abib, sold in a tub with integrated tweezers and a three-layer sheet. Filed in Korea as a two-function notified cosmetic for wrinkle improvement and whitening. The 43-entry ingredient statement is published in Korean and English and discloses seven concentrations, which is unusually forthcoming: niacinamide at 20,000 ppm (2.0 percent), panthenol at 1,000 ppm, glutathione at 25 ppm, three vitamin C derivatives at 10 to 20 ppb each, and tocopherol at 1 ppb. Both halves of the product name point at trace ingredients while the niacinamide that carries the whitening filing, at 800 times the glutathione level, is unnamed on the front. Also present: capryloyl salicylic acid, madecassoside, beta-glucan, chitosan and a barrier set of hydrogenated lecithin, cholesterol and ceramide NP. No fragrance, no alcohol, no essential oil. Brand-cited testing runs to four studies at one named clinical centre, including a four-week pigmentation series and a headline 161.81 percent figure that its own footnote identifies as a rate-of-change ratio.

What makes it different?

Two things. First, the disclosure depth: seven printed concentrations across 43 entries, enough that the formula can be read quantitatively, and reading it that way shows a verifiable 2 percent niacinamide doing the work while both name ingredients sit at ppm and ppb. Second, the brand publishes the full composition of its own branded vitamin C complex in a footnote, all twelve entries of which check out against the statement, which is a level of ingredient transparency that is rare whatever one concludes about the levels themselves.
