What is this product?

TONYMOLY's 토니 랩 에이씨 컨트롤 에멀전 is a 160ml lotion sold as the moisturising step of a sebum-control line for trouble-prone and oily skin. Of its 38 printed ingredients the oil-control machinery is structural, with cetyl ethylhexanoate at 3, dimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane and cyclohexasiloxane at 5 through 7 and silica at 26, while the humectant side is only butylene glycol, betaine and 1,2-hexanediol, with no glycerin and no hyaluronate. Ethanol sits at position 4 and a 향료 entry closes the list, and tea tree leaf oil is at 24. Korea's MFDS functional registration does not apply and the brand's own table states 기능성 제품 아님. 심사 무.; the same line's acne foam cleanser is separately registered for 여드름 완화, and that registration does not extend to this product. The brand says it passed a non-comedogenic test but names no institution, panel size or date. Best for oily and combination skin wanting a matte finish; a poor fit for dry skin and a qualified one for sensitive skin despite the brand's language.
