What is this product?

A 50 ml dropper ampoule from Korean centella brand CICAGEN whose list leads with centella juice at a printed 900,000 ppm (90 percent), followed by butylene glycol, 1,2-hexanediol, niacinamide, xanthan gum, ethylhexylglycerin and adenosine.
