What is this product?

SKINFOOD Peach Cotton Zinc PCA Pad is a fragranced wipe off toner pad for oily and sensitised skin, 70 two ply pads in a 160 g jar with a pincer. It is filed as a whitening functional cosmetic on niacinamide, which sits fourth of twenty eight ingredients at an undisclosed level. The brand prints two ingredient levels inside the statutory list itself, and those printed numbers undercut the marketing built on them: peach extract at 100 ppm and zinc PCA at 10 ppm sit far below any level at which the brightening and sebum claims could work. What the product does document well is tolerance.
