What is this product?

A creamy essence from SKINFOOD's Pantothenic Water Parsley line, sold as a 70 ml dropper tip tube on the brand's Korean storefront. The list of 41 ingredients is an oil in water emulsion that prints panthenol at 3,000 ppm, water parsley extract at 200 ppm and pantothenic acid at 20 ppm, plus salicylic acid with no level, centella extract and allantoin. Four essential oils and limonene close the list; there is no fragrance entry. The brand reports a 2021 human use test on 21 people with sebum down 28 percent after four weeks and a completed acne suitability test, run before the 2023 renewal.
