SKINFOOD Pantothenic Water Parsley Clear Pad

Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?

A Korean toner pad from SKINFOOD's Pantothenic Water Parsley line, sold as 250g for 60 sheets with a separate 30 sheet refill. The 37 item list leads with water and discloses panthenol at 5,000 ppm, water parsley extract at 150 ppm and pantothenic acid at 5,000 ppb, plus capryloyl salicylic acid at rank 14 which the brand labels LHA and does not quantify. The statutory block records no functional cosmetic notification and names the intended skin types as 민감성 복합성 지성. The brand publishes a four week acne suitability panel on 21 subjects at KSRC 한국피부임상연구센터 reporting sebum falling from 22.14 to 17.00, a 23 percent relative drop, run in late 2021. A separate 피부자극테스트 완료 badge carries no supporting study anywhere on the page. Four essential oils are present and no 향료 is declared.

What makes it different?

A daily wipe off sebum and texture step built on a lipophilic salicylic derivative rather than a plain BHA, with three of its actives quantified on the label. The gap worth knowing: the acid that most likely produces the measured result is the one ingredient whose level the brand withholds, and the botanical the product is named for sits at 150 ppm.

What is in it?

The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.

This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary, except 3 with no dictionary entry, left in Korean.

Key ingredient

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

We could not place these in the list above: 유칼립투스잎오일, 베르가모트오일, 살비아오일, 클레리오일, 트라이에틸헥사노인, 폴리글리세릴-10올리에이트, 하이드로제네이티드레시틴, 해바라기씨오일
