What is this product?

A 70 ml hydrating cream in a tube from the Korean brand SKINFOOD's Blue Chamomile line, sold on the brand's own storefront. The 34 entry list is water, glycerin and propanediol with niacinamide, chamomile flower water at 10,780 ppm, panthenol, betaine, allantoin, sodium guaiazulene sulfonate and seven hyaluronic forms with printed levels.
