What is this product?

A rich eye cream from 라플랑 in one 15g size, notified as a dual-function cosmetic for whitening and wrinkle improvement, and sold only through the multi-brand retailer 엠디스픽 with no brand storefront found anywhere. The thirty-nine-entry statutory list is emulsifier- and wax-structured, with meadowfoam seed oil at 4 and synthetic beeswax at 6, niacinamide at 10 and adenosine at 28 as the two notified actives, three hyaluronate forms at 32 through 34, and 소듐디엔에이 last at a disclosed 0.1ppm. The PDRN is algal rather than salmon-derived and the brand's 99 percent figure is a raw-material purity, not a content level. No pH is disclosed. Irritation testing is documented unusually fully: institution, thirty adults, closed-patch protocol, February 2024 dates, a report scan and a skin irritation index of 0.033.
