What is this product?

A Korean face wash from Fation's NOSCA9 line, made by Cosmecca Korea for Dong-A Pharmaceutical and sold as a 150 ml tube on the brand's own mall. It is filed as a functional cosmetic, which the brand labels acne prone skin relief, and prints salicylic acid at 15th of 35 entries with no level given. The base is a potassium fatty acid soap that the brand calls weakly alkaline. A heparin, panthenol, allantoin and mugwort soothing blend sits in the last third. No fragrance or alcohol entry is printed.
