What is this product?
FATION's 노스카나인 Cleansing Water is a 500ml bottle that cleans harder than most cleansing waters and has to be rinsed off: the brand itself tells you to follow it with lukewarm water, so it is not the leave-it-on kind. Its list carries no fragrance entry and a citrate buffer that points at pH control, but FATION publishes no pH figure. Its sensitive-skin and ultrafine-dust claims are overstated, because there is no test on this product behind either of them.
What makes it different?
Most low-irritation cleansing waters get by on one or two mild sugar-based surfactants. This one stacks a sultaine and an amine oxide on top of two of those and adds an oil free ester solvent to dissolve colour makeup, which is why it sits towards the cleaning power end of the range rather than the gentle end, and why the rinse is not optional. Its signature is 소듐헤파린 at position seven, an anticoagulant material that almost never appears this high on a cosmetic list, and the ingredient the 노스카나인 line is built around.
