A Korean wipe-off toner pad from Mediheal, 100 cotton pads in 180ml, built around niacinamide at a disclosed 30,000 ppm, which is 3.0 percent and the level Korea's whitening functional category is written around. Seven further vitamin derivatives follow, including retinol, and every one of them is printed at 0.01 ppm, a formulation marker rather than a dose. The list also carries five essential oils at slots 20 through 24 and declares 시트로넬올, 리날룰, 제라니올 and 리모넨 individually at the end, so the product is scented without any 향료 entry to find. Two retail statutory blocks publish the same 35 ingredients byte for byte but print opposite values in the whitening filing field, and the brand's own storefront returned no page for this product.

What makes it different?
