Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
Mediheal Tea Tree Trouble Soothing Pad is a 100 sheet tub holding 170 ml of essence, 1.7 ml per sheet, sold from the brand's own storefront with no functional cosmetic filing. Its 24 item list is the shortest in this brand's pad line and the most transparent: five tea tree derived entries carry printed concentrations, leaf water at 1,300.8 ppm, leaf oil at 200 ppm, terpinen-4-ol at 100 ppm, and leaf extract and extract at 10 ppm each, summing to roughly 1,620 ppm or about 0.16 percent. Allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizate are the calming pair, and there is no oil, butter, wax, acid or declared fragrance allergen anywhere. The usage cell allows both placing a sheet on one area and wiping the face. The summary line claims 66.7 percent improvement in irritated skin from one use and no study is cited on any surface.
What makes it different?
A trouble pad that prints a concentration for every one of its five tea tree entries, which is what makes its total dose calculable at roughly 0.16 percent, and whose only unsupported statement is a one decimal efficacy percentage with no study behind it.
