What is this product?

A Korean soothing pad from It's Skin, 70 sheets in 120ml, built on a water and humectant base with a licorice and azulene soothing block: Spanish licorice root at position 4, allantoin at 5, dipotassium glycyrrhizate at 13 and guaiazulene at 17 of 31 entries. The name states the pairing and the list confirms it. No acid, no retinoid, no notified active, no ethanol and no added fragrance, and the statutory record states no functional cosmetic filing.
