What is this product?

A jar of 60 two-sided hydrating and cooling pads (150 ml) from Korean brand ISNTREE's ultra-low molecular hyaluronic acid line, used as a wipe or left on the cheeks for a few minutes. The printed list leads with water, butylene glycol and betaine, carries allantoin, panthenol and centella extract, and has eleven hyaluronic-named entries under a stated 100 ppm total, plus two zinc entries including zinc PCA at 100 ppb. A one-use test on 22 people reports a 5.4 degree skin temperature drop. No fragrance entry is printed, but lavender oil is. No exfoliating acid; citric acid at 11 is nominally an alpha hydroxy acid and the other acid-named entries are hyaluronic acid forms.
