What is this product?

A 150 ml Korean anti aging toner from 한율, positioned by the brand as the concentrated first step of its 송담 line. Thirty five ingredients, water and propanediol led, with denatured alcohol third, niacinamide sixth and adenosine twenty first, plus a four polymer stack that gives it body without any occlusive. Fragrance is declared and two fragrance allergens are named. On the surfaces read for this record the brand prints no statutory functional cosmetic notation and no concentration for anything, and its firming figures are footnoted to use of the whole three product line rather than this bottle. Suits oily and combination skin that wants a fast absorbing firming step. Poor fit for reactive or dry barrier skin.

What makes it different?

Two things separate it from a plain hydrating toner. It carries both Korean statutory functional actives, niacinamide and adenosine, while printing no statutory notation on any surface read here. And it is thickened by four polymers into a toner with body, which is what the ampoule grade positioning actually rests on.
