The 65 entry statutory list opens with water, glycerin, butylene glycol, cetyl ethylhexanoate and niacinamide, prints a vitamin C family capsule group near the end (ascorbic acid at 1 ppm, sodium ascorbyl phosphate at 0.28 ppm, glutathione, tocopherol, lactic acid, ferulic acid, rutin, madecassoside) and ten essential oil entries. It prints no fragrance entry.
