What is this product?

GRAYMELIN Astaxanthin Crazy Foam Cleanser is a 500 ml pump-bottle face foam from the Korean brand Graymelin, sold on the brand's own store as one of four selectable types in a buy-one-get-one pack. Its 40-entry list opens with water, glycerin and wine, then a wash base of three fatty acids with potassium hydroxide and potassium cocoyl glycinate, then a run of seven herb extracts that the brand calls its patent group and six fruit extracts, with astaxanthin printed at 2.5 ppm near the end and fragrance last. The brand's printed evidence is a 2019 patch test that read as non-irritating; brightness, moisture and tightness claims have no measurement.
