Dr.G Green Deep Cleansing Oil

Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?

Dr.G's Green Deep Cleansing Oil is a 210ml first cleanse for oily or dehydrated-oily skin wearing makeup, built on five named plant oils, grape seed, rapeseed, avocado, green tea seed and macadamia, plus a coconut-derived ester and a fermentation-derived cleansing agent. Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate sits third, so it emulsifies and rinses off with water rather than needing a cloth, which the brand's own two-stage usage step confirms.

What makes it different?

Two things stand out. It is not a plain plant-oil blend, since Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate near the top of the list and a Candida Bombicola fermentation ingredient make it self-emulsifying, which is why Dr.G's own instruction adds water in two stages. Against that, the paperwork is thin: Dr.G runs no page of its own for it, so the ingredient list comes from a retailer's statutory product disclosure, and no pH, no English ingredient names and no packaging description are published. Two other retailer rating totals circulate for it as well, and they are best kept separate from the review figures above rather than added in.

What is in it?

The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.

This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary.

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

We could not place these in the list above: Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate, Butyl Avocadate
