What is this product?

A 145ml lotion from 닥터벨머, the derma line of a Korean conglomerate's face brand, read on the group's own direct mall because the brand storefront blocks crawlers. The 24 entry label is silicone forward: cyclopentasiloxane second and dimethicone eighth, with squalane, panthenol and beta-glucan mid list, six botanical leaf and fruit extracts, and silica at 20 for a dry finish. There is no plant oil, no fragrance entry, no denatured alcohol and no notified functional active. The page discloses almost nothing else: three statutory rows say only refer elsewhere, and the warnings row carries another product's text.
