What is this product?
A hydration-first softener whose humectant base of glycerin, betaine and niacinamide sits high on the list, with adenosine, peptides and two forms of hyaluronic acid placed later for a light anti-aging and plumping angle. Choose it if you want a watery hydration step with niacinamide; be aware ethanol is included mid-list.
What makes it different?
Niacinamide sits fifth, unusually high for a toner, giving the formula a brightening-leaning hydration profile. The later half adds adenosine, acetyl tetrapeptide-11, hydrolyzed DNA, sodium hyaluronate and hyaluronic acid, which is more of a peptide and nucleotide story than most simple hydrating toners. Ethanol at position 10 is the main caveat for very reactive skin. No fragrance ingredients or essential oils appear in the list.
