What is this product?

AESTURA's Derma UV365 Barrier Moisture Mineral Sunscreen is a 40 ml SPF50+ PA++++ mineral sunscreen built on zinc oxide as its only UV filter, carried in a silicone and branched ester system with ceramide NP, three hyaluronic acid forms and allantoin at the tail of the list. It is fragrance free, alcohol free and acid free, and the brand publishes ten commissioned tests, nine of them naming an institution, a subject count and dates, including a measured SPF of 52.4 and an ophthalmologist supervised eye panel where all 30 subjects answered no to stinging. Three further claims, 24 hour wear, particulate adhesion and blue light blocking, sit in the same copy with no institution, method or measurement. The brand states the mineral load is high enough to need a two step cleanse.

What makes it different?

Two things stand out. The UV side is a single filter formula, zinc oxide alone with no titanium dioxide, which is less common than the usual mineral pairing and explains both the fresh finish and the removal difficulty. And the substantiation is specific where it is given: of the ten tests disclosed on the surfaces read, nine name a testing institution with subject counts and dates, the SPF figure is printed with its standard deviation, and the reef friendly claim carries an analytical document number, while three further claim families carry none of that.
