Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream Mist
Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?
A 120ml dermatological cream mist from the Korean brand Aestura, built as a sprayable water-in-oil layer rather than a water mist. Its printed list runs only sixteen entries and is led by glycerin and butylene glycol, then an ester and silicone film, then the three barrier lipid classes: a synthetic pseudoceramide, cholesterol and behenic acid. There is no fragrance entry, no essential oil, no denatured alcohol and no plant extract, and preservation is multifunctional rather than conventional. The brand states 10,000 ppm ceramide content without disclosing it on the label, and publishes a 4 week transepidermal water loss improvement from a 30 person panel with no institution named. Suited to dry and sensitive skin wanting a repeatable mid-day moisture layer; heavier than it looks on oily skin.
What makes it different?
Two things set it apart. The ingredient list is short enough to read at a glance, sixteen entries, and every barrier lipid class is on it, which is unusual in a sprayable format where the oil phase normally has to be sacrificed. And the emulsifier is sodium surfactin, a biosurfactant, paired with a registered patent for stabilising a water-in-oil composition, which is why the brand can say it needs no shaking.
