A bi-phase lip and eye makeup remover built on carbonated water and a silicone-plus-hydrocarbon oil base, suitable for those who want gentle but effective removal around the eyes and mouth.

What makes it different?

The formula pairs carbonated water, sitting thirteenth of 15 ingredients, with cyclopentasiloxane and multiple lightweight hydrocarbons near the top, a structure typical of bi-phase removers that dissolve makeup quickly. It uses caprylyl/capryl glucoside as a mild surfactant rather than a stronger sulfate. No fragrance, essential oils or drying alcohols appear in the list, and the only colorant is Green 202.
