What is this product?

A lightweight, fragrance-free toner built on four seaweed extracts placed high in the list, with sodium hyaluronate and betaine for hydration, suited to those wanting a gentle watery step rather than an exfoliating pore treatment.

What makes it different?

The formula puts four seaweed extracts (items 3 through 6) right after water and butylene glycol, which is unusual for a basic hydrating toner. It contains no fragrance, no drying alcohol and no ferment ingredients, keeping the ingredient count to a lean 14 items. Dipotassium glycyrrhizate adds a soothing note. It is not an acid toner, so exfoliating effects should not be expected.
