What is this product?

A water-light hydrating toner built around Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract at a disclosed 10,000 ppm, positioned fourth in the list, with Sodium Hyaluronate and several plant extracts for a gentle, everyday layer. It contains fragrance and listed fragrance allergens, so reactive skin should patch test.

What makes it different?

The only printed concentration is 10,000 ppm for Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract at position 4, which is unusually transparent for a green-tea-based toner.
