What is this product?

A pair of 100 g heartleaf bar soaps from Korean brand NARD, sold on its own store with a foaming net. The 11 entry list is a true soap written as raw materials: coconut oil, water, palm oil and sodium hydroxide, then olive oil, shea butter, chlorella powder, heartleaf (Houttuynia) powder at a printed 15,000 ppm, rice bran oil, a root and rhizome extract at a printed 10,000 ppm and lavender oil as the only scent.
