What is this product?

A water-light hydrating toner built on glycerin, butylene glycol and tangerine fruit water, with panthenol and allantoin for soothing. Concentrations are undisclosed, and several citrus and lavender oils in the later half mean sensitive or fragrance-avoiding users should patch test.

What makes it different?

The formula is a short 13-item list led by water, glycerin, butylene glycol and tangerine fruit water, which reads as a simple hydrating base rather than a layered treatment toner. Panthenol at position 7 and allantoin at position 8 give it a soothing slant in the mid-list. The tradeoff is three essential oils (lavender, citrus peel and grapefruit peel) between positions 9 and 13, which sets it apart from fragrance-free toners.
