What is this product?

A lightweight toner built on 88% white willow bark water with 0.1% betaine salicylate, aimed at pore and sebum care with a cooling feel. The short 18-item list is mild overall, though the salicylate derivative and menthyl lactate are worth noting for very reactive skin.
